項目引入了成熟的零售業态，形成面向高端消費群體(tǐ)，具有歐陸風(fēng)格的，集購(gòu)物、休閑、餐飲和娛樂的時尚精品購(gòu)物中心。用地周邊自(zì)然景觀優美，一條 14 米寬的人(rén)工(gōng)運河貫穿整個基地，與建築群體(tǐ)的布局依照(zhào)地線性發展。
The project introduces a mature retail format,forming a fashion boutique shopping center with European style for high-end consumers,including shopping, leisure, catering and entertaining functions. The natural landscape around the land is beautiful, and an artificial canal 14 meters wide runs through the whole compound, and the layout of the architectural group develops linearly according to the ground.

建築立面通過對傳統屋面瓦、木質條闆、塗料、花色拼磚以及色彩的巧妙運用，描繪出一幅美麗的景象。整個建築高低錯落有緻、帶有異域風(fēng)情的屋頂沿街道展開，形成豐富優美的天際輪廓線。

The facades of the building depict a beautiful scene through the ingenious use of traditional roof tiles, wooden ribs, paints, bricks with patterns and colors. The whole building is scattered with exotic roofs along the street, forming a rich and beautiful skyline.
